- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk I used almond milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter I used creamy peanut butter, but I think crunchy would be better.
- 1/3 cup raw cane sugar Any sugar will work
- 3 TBLSP cocoa powder I used extra dark cocoa powder. Use a lighter color powder to get a more milk chocolate look.
- 2 cups rolled oats
Put almond milk, sugar, and peanut butter in a skillet and cook at low heat until sugar and peanut butter have dissolved completely. 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in cocoa powder until evenly incorporated into mix.
Mix in oats and cook on low heat for about a minute.
Make 12 balls and set in cupcake papers or on a sheet of parchment paper.
Put in fridge for about an hour. Serve Chilled.
