The Brownble program is sold as a vegan cooking course…but it’s so much more! There’s also tons of support for vegan / WFPB lifestyle changes and for topics like “Improving your relationship with food.” The host is super wholesome, nonjudgmental, and a pleasure to watch–sometimes I tune in just to improve my mood!

Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate — This course was developed by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and is delivered through Cornell University (e-Cornell). At nearly $1300 it’s quite expensive for most of us home cooks.
